Zedenzia Beauty does not accept returns.

Zedenzia Beauty is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

A tracking number is sent to the customer with every order. Every order is packaged with care and sent with a "fragile" sticker. Zedenzia Beauty is not responsible for the mail couriers negligence.

Zedenzia Beauty is not responsible in the rare case of someone being sensitive or reacting negatively to our products. An ingredient list is provided for each product in the product details.
